Exchange and Return Policy

-The customer has the right to exchange or return any product within 14 days from the date of purchase, but the condition of the product must be in its original condition, in the same packaging and box, and it has not been used and without removing the tags or stickers on the clothes, helmets, and purchased products, and it must not have been used by the customer.

-If the customer tries any product while driving, the product is considered used.

- Products will be exchanged or returned provided that the purchase invoice is present.

-If the product is used or opened, the customer has the right to replace or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase if an industrial defect is found in it that prevents its use or threatens the customer’s safety.

Face or head masks cannot be exchanged or returned for the safety of customers.

-Bluetooth headphones cannot be exchanged or returned after they are opened and installed in the customer’s helmet. Replacement or return is only in the case of manufacturing defects and within 14 days from the date of purchase.
